Pre-Employment
Directory Listing Agreement
All listings
posted to www.workplaceviolence911.com,
hence forth referred to as the Site, in the Pre-employment Screening
Service Provider Listing will be for a twelve month period running
from the month in which the posting is made to the Directory. This
is a one year agreement. All information posted from clients will
posted directly from the information the client submits and approves.
Incorrect Information Posted
In the event that incorrect information is posted as a result of the
Site providers the information will be corrected as soon as possible
and re-posted at no additional charge.
Revision to Approved and Posted Information
In the event that the client wishes to revise information that has
been previously submitted, approved and posted this information will
be revised and posted as soon as possible. For this service there
will a charge of $25.00 for each change. A change is defined as an
overall request for a revision to items contained in information
submitted, not to individual items with the request. Thus, you will
be charged $25.00 for the overall request.
All request for revisions must be in writing and signed by an authorized
person.
This section does not apply to clients who have a Platinum listing
since part of their package includes unlimited changes to their listing.
Refund of Funds Paid
Once approved information has been posted to the Listing there will
be no refund of funds paid. If the clients information has been removed
at their request or because of non-compliance with our policies their
will be no refund of funds paid.
Hold Harmless
By virtue of agreeing to this contractual agreement the Service Provider
agrees to hold WWW.Workplaceviolence911.com
and the National Institute for the Prevention of Workplace Violence,
Inc. completely harmless for any and all matters that arise with the
Service Provider. The Service Provider agrees that neither the Site
or it owners have any material interest or involvement in the clients
business or services and as such is a distinct and separate business
entity to be held free of any liabilities incurred by the Service
Provider. There are no exceptions to this ‘hold harmless provision’
except those provided by law.
