Road rage
Your daily commute may be adding wear and tear to more than just your car…it may be damaging your workday. A survey conducted by Dwight Hennessy, a psychology professor at Buffalo State College in New York, found that the 130 people he asked experienced negative behavior in the office after dealing with long and stressful commutes. The commuters admitted to snapping at co-workers, glaring at passersby in the hall and even sabotaging the work of their bosses and colleagues.
