Employment lack crisis management plan
If you don’t currently have a crisis management plan in place, you aren’t alone. According to the American Management Association, more than half of employers responding to a recent survey stated that they didn’t have a crisis management plan to help them and their employees recover from incidents such as natural disasters, terrorism, or major fraud. Although slightly more than 40 percent have written policies and procedures, few of those plans had measures to protect against crime (39%), terrorism (33%), or major fraud (31%). In addition, the survey found that while companies have designated crisis management teams to respond to emergencies, nearly two-thirds never have conducted crisis drills or simulations.
