• Screen your phone calls.
• Have an escort take you to your care or the bus stop.
• Vary your route home.
• Consider carrying a cellphone.
• Carry a noisemaker or personal alarm.
• Call a shelter 1-800-799-7739 (find the shelter phone number in advance)
