When a CRA reports an investigative consumer report with potentially adverse information, it must ensure:

a) that it followed reasonable procedures to obtain confirmation of the information from an additional source who has knowledge

b) that the person originally interviewed was the best possible source of information

c) that the information can be confirmed by documentation

d) Either a or b
